As we descended into ElDorado Forest the foliage became allot more dense and there were portions of the trail that had plenty of shade. We also found this heart memorial for a pet or for pets not sure I understood its meaning. The descent can be a little steep at times you might slip on loose dirt or rocks. There are plenty of granite steps some of them are pretty big but amazingly enough the descent does began to make its way closer to the shores of Tahoe. This forest has nearly more Bigfoot encounters and evidence then anywhere almost in the country.
