The storm in the region was getting worst I could look off in the distance for miles and see other regions of Tahoe being stormed on I wondered at this moment what would we encounter would we even make it back to the jeep before possibly being hit with hail or intense rain? We were really heading into the storm the further we ascended the darker the clouds appeared in the sky above us. There is no going back only forward weather in the sierras changes in a blink of a dime I been there many times and sometimes it causes someone's demise.
