Once you reach your final descent after going up and down for a few miles the trail starts to switch back to the Lake Tahoe shoreline. This is where you begin to see the various hues of blues that Tahoe offers, coves, private beaches and beautiful rock formations along the way. This is literally beach front property and now the Rubicon would finally level off so we could enjoy close ups of these pristine waters.
