This is Jerome one of the most haunted ghost towns in all of Arizona. Underneath the town it is rumored there are at least 80 miles worth of tunnels. Some of the town has crumbled dude to time and dynamite blast from the nearby mines that once were in operation. While other parts of the town remain either abandoned or historically significant. Jerome was once known for its sinful ways as many bordellos were scattered across town. Some of those women who ran there trade were strangled and murdered by the miners who once operated this town. Prior to the town being erected in 1876 the native americans mined this area for its gemstones for many centuries.
