In the series premiere, the crew conducts a paranormal investigation at Bobby Mackey's Music World which is reported to be home to past murder, suicide, and satanic cult activity. During the lockdown, Zak receives several scratches while attempting to provoke invisible entities.

Ghost Adventures is an American television series about the paranormal that premiered on October 17, 2008, on the Travel Channe. Paranormal investigator Zak Bagans leads his team of co-investigators Nick Groff, Aaron Goodwin, Billy Tolley and Jay Wasley at haunted locations both in America and abroad, interviewing locals about alleged haunting before going face to face with supernatural entities.
