John Zaffis (born 1955) is a paranormal researcher born and based in Connecticut, United States. He currently stars in the SyFy paranormal reality TV show, Haunted Collector, and runs the Paranormal and Demonology Research Society of New England which he founded in 1998.
Few are truly called "pioneers" in this field and John Zaffis is the epitome of the definition. With over 40 years of experience in the field and having been tutored by the likes of his Aunt and Uncle, Ed and Lorraine Warren as well as Hans Holzer, John is the "Go to Guy" for many of the questions we have in this field.
The Season 3 finale of Haunted Collector aired 6/5/13 at 9/8c on the SyFy channel. We spoke to John about this season, the artifacts and the field of the paranormal yesterday, today and tomorrow.
