This footage is taken from our Voices from the Spirit World Dowlais Investigation event in Dowlais Community Centre Merthyr Tydfil. The centre was once a hub for industrial trains delivering coal from and to the South Wales Valleys.
During this night, members of the public were invited to take part in the evidence gathering process.
One of the devices that we use during our investigations is a PSB7 Ghost box, also known as a spirit box, used on such shows as Ghost Adventures, Haunted Collector and many more, the spirit box allows for intelligent communication with spirits or Paranormal Entities which would like to make their presence known, by manipulating sounds coming through radio frequencies.
This session was taken by Jared Walters along with members of the public at the community centre’s second building. Numerous names can be clearly heard during the session and reference is made to a photograph on the wall opposite where the team are sitting, displaying train drivers from the community Centre’s past. We have as yet been unable to validate the names with association with the building, but if anyone has any info please feel free to contact us with any details.
