Since the history of EVPs how did paranormal research on EVPs got to where it is today.
Thomas Edison is thought to be the first to conceive a device could be created to hear and speak with spirits. It was in a press article in the 1920s he spoke of a device able to speak with the dead. Since those days (evp) saw its birth and today this term is still used to describe alleged communications with the afterlife.
However the mere official definition of what an (evp) describes itself as automatically dismisses any notion that real contact with unseen beings is actually being made. In this video I agree with skeptics under the definition of what (evp) represents and explain why my own definition of (avp) is needed, whats the difference between the two and why the two should not be crossed. The criteria for (avp) is tighter than that of (evp. I will cover this in more detail further in another video.

As soon as you announce you have an (evp) you discredit your own claim of evidence in that statement alone by using that term..
