This memorial is dedicated to the man who made this project possible. It took nearly 30 years for the water reclamation project to transpire. Today the lake is a boating and fishing destination. But it also provides many of the local communities with a source of water. Notice there are some punks climbing all over the monument I may have not found Bigfoot but I did find its offspring lol.
