The Visual Paranormal Investigations team spends a night in notoriously haunted Hill View Manor in New Castle, PA. Originally a poorhouse, Hill View Manor opened in October 1926 and was called the Lawrence County Home for the Aged. It housed the county's indigent, mentally ill and disabled, the elderly and orphaned children. Those who died while confined to the poorhouse were buried in unmarked graves on the twenty acre grounds of the institution. With changing times it became a skilled nursing home, and its name was changed to Hill View Manor. The investigation focuses on several locations within the facility. The VPI team conducts a number of sessions using digital voice recorders, Spirit Box, Ovilus, K2 Meter and, for the first time, experiments with Dowsing Rods.
