Daywalkers Paranormal Investigations visits North Vernon, Indiana to investigate the legend of Bloody Mary.
Unfortunately for us it was pouring down rain and any type of real investigating was impossible.
The legend of Blood Mary states that town resident sometime during the mid 1800s found out that Mary was practicing witchcraft and they hanged her from a tree inside the cemetery.
Another legend states the town residents tortured her which caused her death and they buried her inside the cemetery under a tree.
Another legend say she was a Confederate sympathizer and they murdered her due to that.
Local teens and college students often visit small Baldwin cemetery to see if Mary will appear to them.
