This is an introduction to one of the most haunted estates in Nevada which today is a business but at one time for many years was a home to a Walter and Geraldine Sparks for many years. The home was built in 1940 and is about to be added to the national registry of historic places. Eventually the Forbush family purchased it and records indicate the owner had passed away. Since then the home has been foreclosed upon, abandoned, sold for ten dollars or property tax and no owner has ever stayed more then a couple of years. Over the past few years it has developed a reputation for being haunted by both a male and a female spirit. This prologue was recorded within the first week of the business moving into the office when strange things begin to happen and the previous business told staff that they have had encounters with a female ghost who tends to move objects around. I spent some time helping set up furniture at the estate even watching infrared security cams only to realize peoples experiences with the paranormal here do hold weight combined with my own. This is our prologue recordings taken in September 2015 a few days after the business had gotten settled in a little so things are not set up. The estate has allot of nature since its at the base of the wilderness so deer and often fawns graze here or enjoy apples off the tree. Renovations have taken place here over the years I believe that it may have stirred up activity or simply its their world and were just living in it. This is an ongoing parapsychology research project so expect more to come!
