These passenger cars at one time carried people all the way down into the great basin such as Reno, Minden, Carson City, Truckee California and even downtown Virginia City. Now they are mere remnants of history as time withers them away much like a graveyard. Most of the cars in the yard are deplorable some awaiting restoration while others are just eye candy to railroad history buffs like us as if its a seen from hell.
