Dusk has set in and all that can be seen with the naked eye are the shadows of hills which surround the creek. All that can be heard is the trickling of the creek. The valley we are standing in has allot of high brush and their are parts the ground is very muddy. At night it would prove more challenging as we would have to avoid stepping into any of the channels which Wolf Creek travels through.
